The Company has incorporated wholly owned subsdiary in the name of “Archidpanel Industries Private Limited (AIPL).” AIPL is the process of setting up greenfield project for manufacturing Medium Density Fibreboard and allied products at Sitarganj, Uttarakhand of which commercial production is expected in FY24.
