Takeover of Mysore Chipboard Ltd. Manufacturing Particle Board & Pre-Laminated Board
The Archidply Group of Industries saw a steep rise in its success rate when it ultimately acquired The Mysore Chipboards Ltd (TMCL) in 1995. TMCL, located in Mysore, was handling the manufacturing of wood boards under two major divisions- Plywood & Block Board, and Particle and Laminated Board but was shut down in 1988. However, it was restored by Archidply Industries in 1995, and the manufacturing divisions were put back to work with smooth operations.
