Monarch Flushdoors are manufactured from a composite construction of Solid Timber components, which consist of a block board core of wood strips, laid edge to edge and bonded with cross bands with the latest technology. They are chemically treated and processed from kiln seasoned wood, and are guaranteed against warping, bulging,shrinkage, brittleness and cracks. Only the best available materials and timbers are used. Each phase of manufacturing is carefully controlled right up to the final hand crafted finish. Flushdoor shutters shall be factory made solid core types with blockboard core. Flushdoor shall be free from twist or wrap in plane and all the four edges of the door shutter shall be square.
