Manufacturing Process
To lend premium, luxe and natural feel to our exterior grade clads range, all our papers and textures are imported from Europe. Perfectly binding the resin with the paper, 3 HPL presses are utilized to facilitate uniform temperature control. The High-Speed Impregnator further ensures the least wastage and uniform resin impregnation. Proper bonding of laminate with the substrate is ensured with the help of Swiss Make Sanding Machine Press. Our wooden range laminates, ideal for exterior clads, feature minute grains, resembling an actual bark of a tree. Besides woody textures, exterior grade clads range by Archidlam also comprises of solid colors such as navy blue, red, coffee, gothic grey, silver grey, off-white and warm grey.
