1. Mr. Shyam Daga & Mr.
Krishnakant Somani has been appointed as Director on the Board of Archidply
Industries Limited
with effect from 18.01.2007
2. As per the order of Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka, the Plywood & Block
Board division and Particle Board & Laminated Board
division of The Mysore Chipboards Limited has been
merged with ATP Silvi Products Limited .
The Merger is going to help in consolidation of the
Plywood,Particle Board & High Pressure Decorative Laminates
business of the Company leading to efficient
utilization of capital.
3. The name of the Company has been changed from ATP Silvi Products Limited to
Archidply Industries Limited with effect from 30th
March, 2007. The change of name will not affect any rights or obligations of
the Company or render defective any legal
proceedings which might have been continued or commenced by or against the
Company by its former name may be continued by or
against the company by its new name .
4. The Company is going to publish its audited financial results for the
financial year ended 31.03.2007 during the month
of May'07.
